I’m watching the pilot episode of Alcatraz, and so far there have already been two Lost references from Jorge Garcia’s character (that I’ve caught). He said something about “the last time I was on the island,” and one of the books he wrote was titled Alcatraz by the Numbers.

Am I a nerd for catching those?

There was no LOST on Tuesday.

There was no Fringe on Thursday.

There was no Supernatural on Thursday.

Damn you, Jimmy Kimmel. Damn you.

The only “alternate ending” I liked was the Newhart one, and that’s because I used to watch Newhart religiously when it was on CBS.

The ONLY reason I’m watching Jimmy Kimmel Live is because it’s about LOST. If these three alternate endings turn out to be some kind of stupid “comedy skit,” I’m going to be SO PISSED.

I just figured out why ABC is showing the LOST series finale on a Sunday, May 23, instead of the usual Tuesday. Because 23 is one of “the numbers.” Does that mean I’m a goob for not figuring it out sooner or a nerd for thinking about it at all?
